About Me

Hello, my name is Lara and I offer small, home-based dog sitting in a calm and structured environment.

I have grown up with dogs and currently have one of my own. Over the past few years, I have regularly cared for a wide range of dogs, from young puppies to senior dogs, including those with special needs.

I have particular experience with sensitive dogs, including those with anxiety and rescue dogs. I approach every dog individually, using a consistent routine so they can settle at their own pace.

I am currently studying complementary veterinary medicine, which supports my understanding of animal behaviour and wellbeing - I am not a veterinarian.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I only take in a very small number of dogs at a time to ensure close supervision and a low-stress experience for every dog in my care.

I understand how important it is to trust the person looking after your dog. I am happy to answer questions in detail, discuss your dog’s individual needs openly and provide updates during their stay so you always know how they are doing. I treat every dog with respect and patience and I care for them as if they're part of my own family.
